We are a staff of computer professionals that desires to provide high-quality and low cost computer support services. We enjoy working on computers and would fix computers for free if we didn't have bills to pay.

We provide computer and network support within a 60 mile radius from Huntsville, Alabama. A small travel surcharge may apply for service to customers outside Huntsville and Madison City limits. Please call for details.

On-site commercial and residential service in Huntsville and Madison city limits is our preferred home customer. We also commonly provide on-site support in Decatur, Athens, Hazel Green, Scottsboro, Arab, and other  nearby cities  when a 2-4 hour response time is not essential. Some exceptions may apply, please call for details.

Services Include:

	On-site same day service for quick-turnaround requirements.
	Server installation, setup and maintenance.
	Pickup, repair, delivery and setup of computers.
	Virus cleaning and prevention.
	Business and home router installation including wireless systems.
	Wi-Fi HotSpot design and installation.
	Cat-5 and Fiber-optic installation and maintenance.
	We fix Windows 10 upgrade problems leaving your data and programs intact. Microsoft’s free upgrade offer will expire soon – don’t wait until the last minute!

Commercial and Residential rates are $70/hr for on-site service. Our in-shop bench repair rate is $50/hr and most common repairs are fixed price. Diagnosis is always free except laptop motherboard issues where disassembly of the laptop is required. We now repair many dead laptop issues in our component level electronics lab.
